If you are not happy with your purchase from THE BULLMEN and would like to exchange or return the product, then you are eligible to do that within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Please email us at care@thebullmen.com immediately.

The email should have your order number, date of purchase, full name, date of delivery, and reason of return. We will process your return as soon as we receive your email. We will however provide you with store credit in return minus shipping charges and taxes if any. It may take up to 10 working days to provide you with the store credit. The store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of approval.

Please make sure that you provide the product in the same condition with tags. 

In case you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 1 hour of purchase. Please email us immediately at care@thebullmen.com with your full name, mobile number, order number, and reason of cancellation. However, we won’t be able to process any refund after 1 hour.
